My experience at Chapelhouse Kia St Helens was memorable because I saw the vehicle that I wanted online. I was contacted immediately and given the name of a person to speak to when I visited the showroom (Chris McConnell). On visiting Chris took care to deal with myself and my husband personally. He demonstrated the vehicle, offered us an appropriate exchange rate for our old car and dealt with all necessary paperwork. He then arranged a mutually convenient time for vehicle collection and dealt with us personally on return to collect our new car. Personal service, clear communication and fair deal are the reasons that I would recommend Chapelhouse to others.
